Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Graphic Designer-Web Developer to join our team. As a key member of our technical and marketing departments, you will play a crucial role in creating professional and dynamic business documents, maintaining brand consistency, and updating our corporate website.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Development: Produce high-quality hardcopy and softcopy web pages, articles, white papers, case studies, and other sales and marketing collateral that align with our brand identity.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure that all visual elements, including logos, color schemes, and typography, are consistent across all marketing materials.
- Web Maintenance: Maintain and update our corporate website, ensuring that it remains current, engaging, and user-friendly.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Visual Design Skills: Possess a solid understanding of color theory, space, and layout principles.
- Creative Skills: Demonstrate strong visualization and creative skills for creating professional and dynamic business documents, including soft copy, online, and printed materials.
- Technical Skills: Have a solid understanding of thin/smart client applications that run on a Web Services-Based Service Oriented Architecture, including Salesboom's web services-based API for customization and integration.
- Programming Languages: Proficient in HTML, XML Technology (XSL, XSD, DTD), CSS, JavaScript, SQL, Ajax, COMET, and.NET.
- Software Proficiency: Skilled in using Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, Dreamweaver, and Eclipse.
- Environment and Cross-Browser Design: Comfortable working in both PC and MAC environments and possess cross-browser design knowledge.
- Teamwork and Time Management: Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of project groups, managing time effectively to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
