Purchasing Manager

Shabad Transport Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Purchasing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for planning and controlling budgets, developing and implementing purchasing policies and procedures, and overseeing the evaluation of goods and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and control budgets and expenditures
- Develop and implement purchasing policies and procedures
- Oversee the evaluation of goods and services
- Authorize the development of specifications for products or services
- Manage contracts
- Review and process claims against suppliers
- Oversee data analysis and report preparation
- Advise senior management
- Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs
- 2 years of experience in purchasing or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High level of dependability, flexibility, and initiative
