Restaurant Shift Manager

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Shift Manager to join our team at Wendy's. As a key member of our restaurant operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our kitchen and front-of-house areas.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation and service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food products.
- Food Preparation and Quality Control: Ensure that all food is prepared to our high standards, maintaining quality control and adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Staff Management: Train and develop our team members, providing feedback and coaching to help them reach their full potential.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that every customer leaves our restaurant satisfied.
- Operations and Administration: Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage, preparing budgets and cost estimates as required.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring the ability to work under pressure.
- Physical Capabilities: Standing for extended periods, walking, and lifting.
