Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at 2797315 Ontario inc. as a key member of our operations department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the operations team, including reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, carrying out administrative activities, and coordinating office services.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Reporting and Communication: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Office Administration: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and reliability.
  • Computer and Technology: Proficient in MS Office.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a work term of 37.5 to 44 hours per week. The work language is English.
