About the Role

Fidelity Investments is seeking a highly skilled Investment Analyst to join our Private Wealth Investment Management Group. As an Investment Analyst, you will play a critical role in providing investment research, due diligence support, and portfolio construction expertise to our Private Wealth clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth investment research on private wealth clients' portfolios, including capital markets analysis and due diligence support.
  • Develop and maintain expert knowledge of investment products, including strengths and weaknesses.
  • Ensure that investments utilized by Private Wealth continue to deliver on their stated investment objectives and strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal and external business partners to provide investment commentary and support portfolio construction and oversight.
  • Prepare and review investment presentations for existing and potential private wealth clients.
  • Support relationship management team members on ad hoc client queries for investment information.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of investment management industry experience.
  • Prior experience in financial services sales and/or marketing is an asset.
  • University degree in business administration, finance, economics, computer science, or another related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Significant exposure to investment management due diligence and investment manager research.
  • CFA Level 1 or CIM is a must-have.
