About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Tile Installer to join our team at C&G Painting & Decorating. As a Tile Installer, you will be responsible for installing ceramic tiles, mosaics, and other types of flooring and wall coverings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and Install Tiles: Measure, cut, and install tiles, mosaics, and other types of flooring and wall coverings.
  • Work with Various Materials: Work with a variety of materials, including ceramic tiles, marble, granite, and terra surfaces.
  • Ensure Quality and Safety: Ensure that all work is completed to a high standard and that all safety protocols are followed.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work with other team members to complete projects and meet deadlines.
  • Estimate and Plan: Estimate costs and materials needed for projects and plan work accordingly.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in tile installation.
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding work, including handling heavy loads and working in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions
  • Work Environment: On-site customer service, commercial, industrial, and residential settings.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, with occasional overtime.
