Job Title: Tile Installer

We are seeking a skilled Tile Installer to join our team at C&G PAINTING & DECORATING. As a Tile Installer, you will be responsible for installing ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone tiles in various settings, including residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare surfaces for tile installation, including measuring, marking, and cleaning.
  • Mix and apply adhesives, mortars, and grouts to ensure a strong and durable bond.
  • Set tiles in place, using hand tools and power equipment to achieve precise cuts and alignments.
  • Cut and fit tiles around obstacles and openings, using hand and power cutting tools.
  • Inspect and test installed tiles to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in tile installation or a related field.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Physical stamina to lift and maneuver heavy materials and equipment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
