We are seeking a skilled Auto Body Solderer to join our team at CO-UP AUTO BODY REPAIR. As an Auto Body Solderer, you will be responsible for soldering and brazing metal parts to repair and maintain vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:- Interpret welding process specifications and read blueprints, drawings, and manuals to ensure accurate repairs.
- Examine welds and ensure they meet standards and specifications.
- Operate manual or semi-automatic flame-cutting equipment and metal shaping, straightening, and bending machines.
- Determine weldability of materials and operate brazing or soldering machines to bond metal or fill holes, indentations, and seams.
- Maintain and perform minor repairs on welding, brazing, and soldering equipment.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Permanent employment with 30 to 40 hours per week.
