At UNIQLO, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated In-store Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Metropolis at Metrotown in Vancouver. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and promoting our brand values.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide superior customer service, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our brand values and products to customers.
- Work collaboratively with the sales floor team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Identify and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
- Post-secondary education with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and move around the sales floor.
