Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled In-store Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at UNIQLO Metropolis at Metrotown in Vancouver, British Colombia. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and promoting our brand values.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
- Brand Ambassador: Act as a brand ambassador, representing UNIQLO values and mission in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
- Sales and Service: Utilize company tools to maximize sales and profits, and increase customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Team Player: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve store goals, uphold company policies, and contribute to a positive working environment.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve customer issues, and support special projects as assigned by management.
- Education: Post-secondary education with at least 3 years of experience in similar roles.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, read computer terminals, and perform other physical demands of the role.
