Job Title: In-store Customer Experience Specialist
Location: Vancouver, British Colombia
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled In-store Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at UNIQLO Metropolis at Metrotown. As a brand ambassador, you will be responsible for creating a store experience that exceeds customer expectations and drives sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a brand ambassador by positively representing the brand and its mission and vision.
- Provide superior customer service, placing heavy importance on brand experience and customer engagement/satisfaction.
- Utilize company tools to build brand recognition and maximize sales and profits.
- Advocate the integration of stores and eCommerce to evolve the purchasing experience for customers.
- Develop and share insights on new products/services and provide customer feedback through internal communication channels.
- Work as a team player, upholding company policies and procedures in all aspects of customer service and contributing to a positive working environment.
- Assist management to identify and resolve issues in the store and support special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education with at least 3 years of experience in similar roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a smile.
- Ability to have problem-solving skills and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets the business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time, read computer terminals, push, pull, or move objects of up to 50 pounds.
