About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Solutions Architect to join our Service Management Technology team at Scotiabank. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing the ServiceNow platform to support our Service Management objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in process flow analysis and process redesign to ensure seamless integration with our ServiceNow platform.
  • Provide technical direction for design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring high levels of systems and platform performance, availability, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with project teams to deliver complete solutions for our customers, leveraging your expertise in ServiceNow configuration and custom development.
  • Maintain current ServiceNow knowledge through self-study and utilization of available training, staying up-to-date with the latest features and best practices.
  • Self-motivated with a proven track record in ServiceNow technologies, comfortable in a dynamic atmosphere with a rapidly expanding customer base.
Requirements
  • Advanced experience with ServiceNow configuration and custom development.
  • Broad experience with a wide range of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITBM, ITAM, IRM, and SecOps).
  • Knowledge of web-based systems architecture, service-based architecture, and enterprise application architecture.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects with varying complexity.
