Job Title: ServiceNow Solutions Architect

Scotiabank is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Solutions Architect to join our Service Management Technology team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for the overall design of the ServiceNow platform and ensuring it meets the needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement ServiceNow solutions that meet business requirements
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the project team
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions
  • Maintain current ServiceNow knowledge through self-study and training
  • Participate in process flow analysis and process redesign
  • Provide architecture and technical direction for design and implementation
Requirements:
  • Advanced experience with ServiceNow configuration and custom development
  • Broad experience with a wide range of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITBM, ITAM, IRM, and SecOps)
  • Knowledge of web-based systems architecture, service-based architecture, and enterprise application architecture
  • Ability to work on multiple projects with varying complexity
  • 3-6 years of ServiceNow systems integration and/or implementation experience
