About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper to join our team at Acuity Immigration Services Inc. As a Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial records and accounts of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial statements.
  • Accounting and Bookkeeping: Prepare and reconcile accounts, including bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial documents.
  • Tax Preparation: Prepare and submit tax returns, including corporate tax returns and personal tax returns.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
