Bookkeeping Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team at Prime Hut Pizza & Indian Cuisine Inc. as a key member of our accounting department.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other accounting documents.
- Accounting and Bookkeeping: Prepare and reconcile financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Payroll and Benefits: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, including deductions and benefits.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to management, including statistical and accounting reports.
- Tax Compliance: Prepare and submit tax returns, including GST and other applicable taxes.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma in Accounting or related field.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting.
- Skills: Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure.
- Language: Fluency in English.
