Pre-Contract Duties

Define and create tailored scopes of work before customer agreements.

Client Engagement

Serve as the main liaison for clients throughout the implementation phase. Collect requirements and necessary documentation for MLS integration with Transaction Desk.

Vendor Coordination

Act as the primary contact for MLS vendors. Resolve issues related to integrations (listing uploads for TD, MLS listing data, member synchronization discrepancies, etc.).

Project Oversight

Oversee a diverse array of customer requests for an integration team focused on Transaction Desk, including prioritizing tasks and continuously updating priorities based on new requests and evolving information. Manage the flow of information to both internal and external enterprise-level clients, covering contract specifics, deliverables, project status, project history, timelines, and quality of deliverables. Ensure clear and consistent communication and updates both internally and externally to facilitate a successful project outcome. Build and maintain a consultative relationship with MLS vendors. Coordinate project specifics, expectations, and challenges internally with various stakeholders. Guarantee the quality and completeness of project deliverables through direct review.

Project Execution and Continuous Support

Ensure that all deliverables are timely and meet established specifications. Address customer concerns and inquiries until they are resolved. Set, communicate, and monitor internal deadlines for successful customer delivery.

Product Knowledge

Cultivate a robust understanding of the company's technologies and operational processes. Possess a strong comprehension of MLSs, their backend systems, and agent tools.

Documentation Management

Draft, revise, and assist in managing materials related to customer onboarding. Contribute to the development of processes and procedures for operational efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field. PMP certification is a plus. EXPERIENCE: Proficiency in Agile Project Management, with prior experience in a technical role within an MLS being essential. SYSTEMS: Familiarity with Jira and/or Salesforce is highly preferred; experience with Paragon, Matrix, or similar MLS systems is advantageous.
