Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize tasks to accomplish the work and oversee operational logistics of the organization.
  • Plan and organize operational logistics of the organization, including coordinating activities with other work units or departments.
  • Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Train workers in duties and policies, conduct performance reviews, and coordinate, assign, and review work.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies, and organize and maintain inventory.
Work Environment:

Our retail service establishment is a fast-paced environment where you will work with a team of 3-4 people, including shippers and receivers, transportation route and crew schedulers.

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
