Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled MIG welder to join our team at TOP PLUS EMPLOYMENT INC. As a key member of our industrial team, you will be responsible for fabricating and repairing metal parts and products using various welding techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings, specifications, manuals, and processes to ensure accurate fabrication and repair of metal parts and products.
  • Examine welds to ensure they meet standards and specifications, and perform minor repairs on welding equipment as needed.
  • Operate previously set-up welding machines to fabricate or repair metal parts and products, and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and deadlines, and participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in MIG welding, with a strong understanding of welding techniques and processes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, lifting, and bending, and ability to work in a dusty and hot environment.
