Packaging Labourer

We are seeking a reliable and physically demanding Packaging Labourer to join our team at Cascades Canada ULC.
Job Summary:The Packaging Labourer will be responsible for transporting items throughout the plant using powered equipment, checking and weighing materials and products, sorting, packing, crating, and packaging materials and products. The successful candidate will also assist machine operators, assemblers, and other workers, and perform other labouring and elemental activities as required.
Key Responsibilities:- Transport items throughout the plant using powered equipment
- Check and weigh materials and products
- Sort, pack, crate, and package materials and products
- Assist machine operators, assemblers, and other workers
- Perform other labouring and elemental activities
The Packaging Labourer will work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, and physically demanding work. The successful candidate will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel.
Requirements:- Up to 45 kg (100 lbs) weight handling
- Flexibility, initiative, reliability, and a team player attitude
