Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and physically capable Labourer to join our Packaging Department. As a Labourer, you will be responsible for transporting items throughout the plant using powered equipment, checking and weighing materials and products, and performing other labouring and elemental activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transport items throughout the plant using powered equipment
  • Check and weigh materials and products
  • Sort, pack, crate and package materials and products
  • Assist machine operators, assemblers and other workers
  • Clean machines and immediate work areas
  • Feed and unload processing machines
  • Complete reports
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, and physically demanding work. You will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel.

Requirements
  • Up to 45 kg (100 lbs) weight handling
