Office Administration Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Support Officer to enhance our operational efficiency at Premium Caulking Inc.. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth administrative processes within our construction environment.
Qualifications- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar role
The successful candidate will work in a dynamic construction company setting, where attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks are essential.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement new administrative protocols
- Assess and refine existing administrative procedures
- Manage the administrative functions of the organization
- Assist in budget preparation and oversee inventory management
- Compile data for regular and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
- Perform data entry tasks
- Coordinate office administrative processes
- Monitor and evaluate administrative performance
- Oversee payroll management
- Plan and manage budgetary allocations
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
- Evaluate and set up computer hardware and software systems
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Organized and reliable
