Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

FILLME UP FUEL DELIVERY SERVICE LTD. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to coordinate activities with other work units or departments, prepare and submit reports, and ensure accuracy of completed time sheets, payroll, and other summaries. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining work records and logs, compiling worksheets and specifications of orders, and requisitioning or ordering materials, equipment, and supplies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
  • Ensure accuracy of completed time sheets, payroll, and other summaries
  • Maintain work records and logs to track progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Compile worksheets and specifications of orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders
  • Follow-up on issues with work orders to ensure timely resolution
  • Keep track of shipments to ensure timely delivery
  • Respond to urgent calls from individuals who require assistance
  • Schedule assignments and coordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Reliability and ability to work independently
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
