Job Title: Truck Dispatcher

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Truck Dispatcher to join our team at UPPER ACE LOGISTICS LTD.

Job Summary:

The Truck Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating the activities of vehicle operators and crews, ensuring timely and efficient transportation of goods. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders
  • Provide customer service and respond to inquiries
  • Monitor and track shipments, ensuring timely delivery
  • Process and transmit information using dispatching equipment
  • Schedule assignments and coordinate activities of vehicle operators and crews
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in transportation or logistics an asset
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility and adaptability
