Job Title: Truck Dispatcher

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Truck Dispatcher to join our team at UPPER ACE LOGISTICS LTD. As a Truck Dispatcher, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods and materials from one location to another.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the dispatch of trucks and drivers to ensure timely delivery of goods
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of shipments, including tracking and tracing
  • Communicate with drivers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
  • Monitor and analyze transportation costs and make recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless logistics operations
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in logistics or transportation an asset
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliability and attention to detail
