Insurance Sales Professional

Are you a customer-focused individual with a passion for sales? We are seeking a skilled Insurance Sales Representative to join our team at Tom Burnside - Desjardins Insurance Agent.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop leads and schedule appointments to identify customer needs and market appropriate products and services.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Sales experience, preferably in outside sales or inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing.
- A successful track record of meeting sales goals and quotas.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proactive problem-solving and a dedication to customer service.
- Ability to multi-task and make presentations to potential customers.
- A Property & Casualty license, preferably obtained or in the process of obtaining.
