Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer to lead our product development process. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers and the Development team, to conceptualize, design, and ship new features and products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end product design process from discovery and research to concept, prototype, and final design.
  • Partner with Product Management to understand business goals, user needs, and technical constraints.
  • Collaborate with Engineers to ensure high-quality implementation of designs.
  • Champion a user-centered design process and advocate for the best possible user experience.
  • Drive the iterative design process incorporating feedback from stakeholders and users.
  • Establish and maintain a design system to ensure consistency and scalability across the product.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing complex SaaS products.
  • Proficiency in Figma with a deep understanding of its capabilities for design, prototyping, and collaboration.
  • Proven experience shipping high-quality digital products working closely with Product and Engineering teams in an agile environment.
  • Exceptional understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual design.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
