Job Title: Senior Product Designer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer to join our team at Rewind Software. As the key creative force in our product development process, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and ship new features and products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end product design process, from discovery and research to concept, prototype, and final design.
  • Partner with Product Management to understand business goals, user needs, and technical constraints, translating them into effective design solutions.
  • Proactively conduct user research and usability testing to inform and validate design decisions.
  • Drive the iterative design process, incorporating feedback from stakeholders and users to continuously improve the product.
  • Maintain a high standard of visual and interaction design throughout the product.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing complex B2B SaaS products.
  • Exceptional understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual design.
  • Hunger to take ownership of the design process and work independently.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
