Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough analysis and synthesis of diverse information sources to formulate sustainable and actionable strategies.
- Providing expert advice and consultation on the development of operational strategies within the academic portfolio.
- Leading resource allocation processes to optimize operational efficiency.
- Collaborating with various departments to ensure consistent and accountable implementation of operational principles.
- Working closely with academic program leaders to refine operational strategies and processes.
- Assisting in the planning and execution of strategic enrollment initiatives.
- Partnering with Facilities Management and Space Planning teams to align capital resource allocation.
- Contributing to the ongoing development and maintenance of critical operational pathways for academic operations.
- Coordinating with Program Chairs and administrative staff to streamline operational workflows.
- Monitoring the progress of operational plans and making necessary adjustments.
- Supporting the administrative and resource-related aspects of program development.
- Acting as a subject matter expert in Academic Operations, aiding in the launch of new academic programs through market research, feasibility assessments, and curriculum planning.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Proficient understanding of methods and practices related to the development of academic operational strategies.
- Familiarity with departmental policies and procedures.
- Expertise in data analysis techniques and tools (e.g., Excel, SPSS, Tableau).
- Knowledge of operational and project management methodologies.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to cultivate and maintain professional relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:
- Post-secondary diploma in a related field (e.g., Business).
- Minimum of three years of relevant experience.
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
This position is governed by the Alberta Union of Provincial Employees (AUPE) Collective Agreement.
Compensation: The annual salary is $71, $95,372.94, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package.
