Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Patient Records Administration Specialist to become a vital part of our team at Interior Health Authority. The ideal candidate will manage a variety of administrative tasks related to patient data management, clerical support, and statistical evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform statistical evaluations to verify the precision of patient documentation
  • Oversee an electronic system for tracking incomplete patient files
  • Assist in drafting and organizing documents for Management and Medical Staff
  • Collect, categorize, and archive patient files and documentation
  • Address inquiries concerning patient data
  • Execute data entry tasks for healthcare databases
  • Provide front desk support and manage incoming calls

  • Completion of a Typing Proficiency Test (minimum 55 wpm from an accredited institution)
