Our TeamWe are seeking an experienced Administrator who is adaptable and willing to assist with chairside duties as needed. This role requires a versatile professional who can seamlessly support both the front and back ends of our practice, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities- Greet and assist patients as they arrive, ensuring a lasting positive impression.
- Optimize the appointment schedule to ensure a full day with minimal gaps.
- Effectively manage the recall system and maintain accurate patient databases.
- Manage patient calls and inquiries about appointments, confirmations, amendments, and cancellations.
- Process referral letters and patient correspondence, and manage and file patient records and charts.
- Minimum 1 year of administration experience.
- Clinical background and experience with dental software programs are considered an asset.
