Workday Analyst Job Description

Meridia Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Workday Analyst to join our team. As a Workday Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the design and development of our HR System - Workday.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement moderate to complex HR process improvements, system configuration, and testing within all modules of the HR System.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment, resolve issues, optimize existing solutions, and scope future enhancements.
  • Work with and mentor junior System Analysts as they develop their skills and experience.
  • Manage administration of security access and provide reporting as required.
  • Assist with prioritization and project management, and coordinate and communicate system changes or events.
  • Support and follow HR System Governance processes, and lead meetings with stakeholders to gather information and understand issues.
  • Mentor other System Analysts and junior team members, and develop, maintain, and provide training to end users.
  • Manage and execute testing activities across the Workday team, including bi-annual upgrade testing.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Workday experience.
  • Proven troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to own multiple tasks, projects, and initiatives at a given time.
  • Ability to execute on priorities based on input from senior System Analysts and management.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to maintain professionalism in all forms of communication.
