**System Analyst for HR System - Workday**

Irving Oil, a leading energy company, seeks a skilled System Analyst to support the design and development of its HR System - Workday.

**Job Description:**

  • Support the design and development of the HR System - Workday, focusing on moderate to complex HR process improvements, system configuration, and testing.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment, resolve issues, and optimize existing solutions.
  • Work with junior System Analysts to develop their skills and experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Implement moderate to complex HR process improvements, system configuration, and testing within all modules of the HR System.
  • Manage administration of security access and provide reporting as required.
  • Assist with prioritization and project management.
  • Coordinate and communicate system changes or events.
  • Support and follow HR System Governance processes.
  • Lead meetings with stakeholders to gather information and understand issues.
  • Mentor other System Analysts and junior team members.
  • Develop, maintain, and provide training to end users.
  • Manage and execute testing activities across the Workday team.

**Qualifications:**

  • 5+ years of Workday experience.
  • Proven troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to own multiple tasks, projects, and initiatives.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
