About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Transportation Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Pacific Atlantic Freight Systems Inc. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods and ensuring timely delivery to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Transportation Operations: Plan, organize, and execute the transportation of goods, including scheduling, routing, and tracking.
  • Manage Logistics Processes: Oversee the entire logistics process, from order receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Communicate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and carriers to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide updates.
  • Monitor and Analyze Performance: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize logistics operations.
  • Ensure Compliance: Verify that all transportation operations comply with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week
