Position Overview

As a Food Operations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in overseeing the daily activities of our culinary team. Your leadership will ensure that our food service operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work Scheduling: Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules.
  • Staff Supervision: Lead and coordinate the activities of staff responsible for food preparation and portioning.
  • Training: Educate team members on their job responsibilities, sanitation practices, and safety protocols.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all food and service offerings meet established quality control standards.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed reports on operational performance.
  • Order Management: Compile food order summaries for the culinary team.
  • Tray Assembly Oversight: Supervise and verify the assembly of food trays.
  • Delivery Supervision: Oversee the delivery process of food trolleys to ensure timely service.
Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role within the food service industry.
  • Employment Type: Permanent position.
  • Language Requirement: Proficiency in English.
  • Work Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
