Position Overview

The Cleaning Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the cleanliness and maintenance of facilities within the hospitality sector. This role is crucial in ensuring that guests experience a welcoming and pristine environment.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and develop cleaning staff to ensure high performance.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning personnel.
  • Conduct inspections of facilities to uphold safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Prepare budgets and cost estimates for cleaning operations.
  • Recommend or arrange for additional services such as painting, repairs, renovations, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Manage payment processes for specialized cleaning services.
  • Coordinate cleaning activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Establish and manage work schedules for cleaning staff.
