Position Overview

The Cleaning Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety within our establishment. This position is essential for ensuring guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry
Work Environment

This role is primarily based in a hotel, motel, or resort setting, where the supervisor will oversee daily cleaning operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and develop cleaning staff to ensure high performance
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning personnel
  • Conduct inspections of facilities to uphold safety and cleanliness standards
  • Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning operations
  • Recommend and arrange for additional services such as painting, repairs, or renovations
  • Handle payments for specialized cleaning services
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Establish and manage work schedules for cleaning staff
