Housekeeping Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Southfort Inn. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel rooms and public areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Hire, train, and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure high-quality service and cleanliness standards.
- Inspect rooms and public areas to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and manage budgets for housekeeping supplies and services.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experience.
- Establish and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in all areas of the hotel.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Hotel, motel, resort.
- 35 hours per week.
- English language.
