Description du poste
Sous la supervision de la directrice des services commerciaux, le responsable des initiatives Sport Jeunesse joue un rôle essentiel dans la suppression des barrières financières qui empêchent les enfants de s'engager dans des activités sportives organisées, en finançant les frais d'inscription des candidats éligibles. Ce poste est dédié à la jeunesse du Nouveau-Brunswick et implique la gestion de tous les aspects de l'initiative Sport Jeunesse. Cela comprend le contact avec les jeunes potentiels, la recherche de financements, la gestion des tâches administratives et l'organisation d'événements sportifs pour les enfants admissibles.
Compétences requises
Le candidat idéal pour ce poste doit faire preuve de motivation, d'excellentes capacités d'organisation, d'un souci du détail et d'une aptitude à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément dans un environnement dynamique. Il doit être bilingue (français et anglais) et posséder de solides compétences en communication, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral, pour interagir efficacement avec le public, les membres et les collègues. La maîtrise des outils technologiques est essentielle (Microsoft Office Suite, Canva et les réseaux sociaux), ainsi qu'une bonne connaissance en gestion. Une expérience antérieure de bénévolat ou de travail dans le domaine sportif ou dans le secteur à but non lucratif sera un atout. Une passion pour le développement et la promotion de Sport Jeunesse au Nouveau-Brunswick, ainsi qu'un intérêt pour la collecte de fonds et l'organisation d'événements, permettront au candidat de contribuer positivement à la mission et à la vision de Sport Jeunesse.
Qualifications :
- Diplôme d'études supérieures en sport ou loisirs
- Expérience de travail avec des enfants et des familles d'origines diverses, de préférence dans un cadre communautaire ou de développement de la jeunesse.
- Bilinguisme (français et anglais)
- Excellentes compétences en communication, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit
- Expérience et aisance dans l'utilisation des réseaux sociaux
- Capacité à utiliser des logiciels de bureautique tels que MS Office, Canva, etc.
