Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Radisson Hotel Fort St. John. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in our hotel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates for cleaning supplies and services.
  • Recommend additional services required, such as painting or repair work.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs.
  • Assist cleaners in performing duties and coordinate work activities with other departments.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
