Deliver Exceptional Customer Service as a Retail Sales Associate

Canada Post is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Retail Sales Associates in Grande-Vallée, Quebec and surrounding areas. We are committed to providing excellent service to our customers and value those who are dedicated to customer satisfaction.

  • Provide Expert Service: Sell a variety of postal products and services to both businesses and the general public.
  • Ensure Efficient Operations: Sort, distribute, and process mail with accuracy and speed.
  • Be a Resource for Customers: Provide customers with essential information and forms, ensuring they have a positive experience.
  • Resolve Issues Promptly: Address delivery and service inquiries efficiently and effectively.

Your Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, or relevant business administration experience.
  • Proven experience in retail sales and customer service environments.
  • Understanding of basic accounting systems or postal operations is an asset.
  • Physical ability to lift mail containers up to 50 lbs, push/pull boxes, and stand for extended periods.
  • Flexibility to work on an on-call basis.
