Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at S.S. SAMRA ENTERPRISES INC.

Job Summary:

The Retail Sales Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and cash wrap area
  • Restock shelves and merchandise as needed
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays
  • Process returns and exchanges in a timely and efficient manner
  • Work collaboratively with other sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of retail sales experience
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register
