Key Responsibilities- Maintain cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors
- Vacuum carpets, area rugs, drapes, and upholstered furnishings
- Sanitize and shine kitchen and restroom fixtures and appliances
- Ensure cleanliness in operating rooms and other designated areas
- Manage and report items that are lost and found
- Respond to guests' requests for additional supplies or services
- Collect litter and dispose of waste in trash receptacles
- Conduct light cleaning and housekeeping tasks
- Wash windows, walls, and ceilings as needed
- Address any customer complaints or concerns professionally
