About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Wills and Estates Lawyer to join our team at Ignite Talent Solutions. As a leading recruitment agency, we specialize in connecting top talent with leading law firms across the GTA.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional legal services to clients in the areas of wills, estates, and estate planning.
- Develop and implement effective estate planning strategies, including drafting of wills, powers of attorney, and trusts.
- Administer estates, including probate of wills and estate litigation.
- Collaborate with senior lawyers and other team members to achieve business objectives.
- Provide outstanding, cost-effective, and responsive legal services to clients.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a law firm.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of wills and estates law and procedures.
- Familiarity with estate planning, estate administration, and estate litigation.
- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
- Member of the Ontario Bar in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
