Our law firm requires a full-time experienced assistant for wills & estate with some corporate work. The ideal candidate must be able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Required knowledge:
First hand knowledge of how to prepare estate applications for probate, draft wills and powers of attorneys from instructions and manage our corporate clients.
Required skills:
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word)
- Do Process - Estate-a-base
- Cosmolex (or other accounting software)
- Time Management
- Data entry
- Advanced reading comprehension, spelling and grammar
- Attention to detail
- Email, telephone and customer service etiquette
- Ability to work as a team
Required Education:
Applicants must have at least 4 years experience and earned a diploma in the legal field from a recognized academic institution.
