Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Training Specialist to join our team. As a Training Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering engaging and effective training programs to participants of all ages and skill levels.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver specialized training sessions while adhering to established organizational guidelines and safety protocols.
  • Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment, actively engaging participants and motivating them to achieve their goals.
  • Prioritize participant safety by implementing appropriate risk management strategies and ensuring a secure training environment.
  • Continuously assess participant progress, providing constructive feedback and maintaining accurate administrative records.
  • Prepare comprehensive training materials and resources, ensuring they are readily accessible and aligned with program objectives.
  • Maintain consistent attendance throughout assigned training sessions to ensure seamless continuity of instruction.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and ethical conduct.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the training department by collaborating with colleagues and supporting various initiatives.
Requirements:
  • A strong sense of responsibility and commitment to delivering exceptional training experiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively, while maintaining a high level of organization.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication and collaboration with participants, colleagues, and supervisors.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clear and concise instruction delivery.
  • Possession of one or more relevant certifications, such as Lifeguard Instructor, Lifeguard Instructor Trainer, Swimming Instructor Trainer, National Lifeguard Instructor, or First Aid Instructor.
  • Prior teaching experience is highly desirable but not mandatory.
