Position Overview

The Operations Manager at SULYMON GLOBAL INC. plays a pivotal role in overseeing the daily administrative functions of the organization. This position requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage resources and personnel to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Coordination: Oversee and streamline administrative services to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Operational Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and assess daily operational activities.
  • Staff Direction: Guide and support personnel involved in records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, and other administrative functions.
  • Staff Development: Recruit, train, and develop staff to meet organizational needs.
  • Budget Management: Plan, administer, and monitor budgets for various projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies.
  • Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports and briefs for management committees to evaluate administrative services.
  • Supervision: Oversee office and volunteer staff to ensure effective operations.
Qualifications
