Position Summary:
We are looking for a talented Estimator/Project Manager to enhance our team. In this role, you will be integral to managing the estimating processes and ensuring precise cost evaluations for various construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete construction estimating process from inception to finalization.
- Employ PlanSwift software to create comprehensive take-offs.
- Review project specifications, requirements, and drawings to ascertain accurate pricing.
- Collaborate with project management teams to formulate detailed bid proposals.
- Engage in negotiations with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to secure cost-effective options.
- Stay updated on industry trends and pricing to ensure market competitiveness.
- Advise on value engineering and strategies for cost reduction.
- Confirm that all estimates comply with company standards and profitability objectives.

Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in asphalt and concrete construction estimating and project management.
- Proficient in PlanSwift and Office 365 Suite software.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate project documents and specifications for accurate pricing.
- Exceptional negotiation abilities to obtain competitive pricing.
- Capacity to perform under pressure and meet stringent deadlines.
- Keen attention to detail and precision in estimating.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

Compensation:
Salary will be discussed based on experience.
