Position Overview

The Senior Campaign Manager, Programmatic serves as the primary support for the Account team, ensuring that client objectives are achieved effectively.

Core Responsibilities

Act as a liaison for agency planning teams.Collaborate with agency teams to fulfill all client requirements while delivering exceptional client service.Create innovative proposals and responses to client inquiries alongside internal agency partners.Offer cutting-edge programmatic solutions (e.g., product offerings and proposals) to clients.Coordinate with the campaign management team to track the goals and KPIs for a client portfolio, ensuring timely and complete campaign delivery.Manage client bookings, monitor campaign progress, and guarantee that campaign deliverables are met.Build and nurture relationships with agency partners and clients to share new opportunities and provide campaign updates.Guide Coordinators in resolving billing discrepancies and managing budget control reports (BCRs).Enhance and maintain knowledge of the programmatic landscape.Engage in media partner meetings as necessary to uncover new client opportunities.

Desired Qualifications & Skills

Background in Marketing or Advertising is advantageous.Intermediate experience in digital media is preferred.A strong desire to grow and succeed in a media career.Comprehensive understanding of the digital advertising sector and real-time media market dynamics.Excellent presentation capabilities.Client-focused approach.Strong learning agility and a commitment to continuous improvement.Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.Highly developed organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.Proactive problem-solving skills, supporting the team and personal development.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
