Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Veterinary Client Care Specialist to join our team. As the face of our company, you'll provide top-notch customer service, manage client communications, and triage emergencies with ease. Your excellent communication skills, strong work ethic, and ability to multitask will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a multi-doctor schedule
  • Handle client communications and triage emergencies
  • Liaise between clients and departments to foster a compassionate practice-to-patient bond
  • Provide education and resources to clients
  • Assist with nutrition and diet selections
  • Perform administrative duties, including record collection and scanning
