Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Veterinary Client Care Specialist to join our team at Yaletown Animal Hospital. As a key member of our client care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and patients, while ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Service: Provide exceptional service to clients, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing client concerns.
  • Scheduling: Manage the clinic's schedule, including booking appointments and managing client communications.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, record-keeping, and billing.
  • Patient Care: Assist with the care and handling of patients, including preparing them for exams and procedures.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our veterinary team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.

Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a veterinary clinic or related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; proficiency in computer software and systems.
